OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF WORKS
CITY OF RICMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 31ST, 1941.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met inathe office of said Board, Wensday, December 31st,
1941, at 1:30 o clock P. M. in Special Session, S. W. Hodgin,
Winfield Urban and Earl Keisker being present the following pro-
- ceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The matter of the color to be used on curbs and street mark-
ings was discussed and referred to City Engineer Hodgin,_ Police
Chief Duckett and Street Commissioner Meyers.
Permission to place a fence on a portion of City Property
located along the property of the Automotive sear Works was
called attention to the Board and the matter taken under advise-
ment, and referred to City Attorney Keisker.
Aftdr allowing claims in the, amount of 1�4 1151'e .:0 on
proper motion they adjourned.
