OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF WORKS
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 26TH,1941
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, December 26th,
1941, at 9:00 A. M. S. W. Hodgin. Winfield Urban and Earl Keisker
being present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The Board ordered that a Special meeting be held on Wensday
December 31st, 1941, at 1:30 oclock P. M. to 'take.-care of-matters
Which'neeaconsideration -, and for the purpose of allowing claims
now-due.
Mr. Hodgin appointed the Clerk to act as President Pro-Tem
and then moved that Winfield urban be elected to serve as President
of the Board of Public Works and Safety for the year 1942, the motion
was second by..Keisker and was unanimausly approved.
After allowing claims in the amount of $5,239.1.9 on proper
motion they adjourned.
