FRIDAY -, DECEMBER 5TH, 1941.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, December 5th,
1941, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. S. W. Hodgin, Winfield Urban and
Earl Keisker being present the following proceedings were had
to-wit;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and. approved.
The Board discussed the matter of a fence between the ground the
Disposal Plant is located on and the Backmeyer ground located on the
South. -
The Board also discussed the various ways of disposing of the
sludge at the Disposal Plant.
After allowing claims in the amount of $16,273.00 on proper
motion they adjourned.
