the following proceedings wer' had to-Tit;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and.'' approved.
-.Street Commissioner Meyers recommended that some
of the old radiators from the old Morton High School
Building be removed and. placed in the Street Depart-
ment Garage and the Board recommended that the plumber
which installed the radiators at the garage 'be consulted
on the matter.
A letter was presented to the Board from the Gennett -
investment Company located at No. 1 Main Street -requesting
the removal of a portion •of the abutment on the South side
and the east end of Mainr9treet Bridge which they Claim
- obstructs the view of their property9 the matter being
referred to 'City Attorney Keisker.
The Board confirmed the adoption of a contract with
--the National 'Automatic Tooltfor them to construct a Rail-
road switch track across South N Street leading from
the C & 0 Railroad to their factory, all publications &
public notices having- been complied with according to law.
the same to be presented to the Common Council 'of the City-
of Richmond, Indiana, at their next regular meeting October
20th, 1941 'for their approval.

A request to have Northwest B Street repaired was
referred to the Street Commissioner.
After allowing claims in the amount of $1,246.13 on
proper motion they adjourned.
