S. 'W. Hodgin, Earl Keisker and "finfield Urban . _being present the following proceedings 'were had to-wit; The minutes of the preceeding meetings were read and approved. The- Board approved the purchase of tires for the use of the Fire Department fromthe Goodrich Tire Co. ' as per price presented. On the account of the heavy folage on the trees which obstruct the use of the light and the extreem cost for running a line th..e Board recommended that there be no 'light installed between Northwest J Street . and Northwest L Street on Butler Street. The' Board. ordered the proper publication for bids to betreceived on".equippment provided for in the 1942, Budget the same 'to be received,at the office of the Board October 24th, 1941, at 9°30 -o'clock. .Friday, October 3rd,l94l4 being the date designated by the Board' for the receiving of bids on a furnace to be installed at' the Police Radio :Station, theyjare'2as follows; ' Richmond Gass Corporation.
