We, the undersigned, do hereby protest to the present

The j'ark is used not only for Soft Ball by the chil-
dren, but for hard baseball as well, by adults at various
times.
For the protection of property owners, we feel that
baseball playing in this park should be prohibited, or
the diamonds changed to such a position that the direc-
tion of a batted ball would eliminate the possibility
of property destruction.
A further advisable precaution would be to fence
in the diamonds properly.
