OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF WORKS
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH, 1941.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of said Board
Friday, February 7th. , 1941,. at 9 :00 A. Y. Messrs.
• Simeon W. Hodgin, Win1 ield Urban and Earl heisker being
present the following proceedings were had to-wit ;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and
a-:)proved. : .
Street Commissioner Hart requested the purchase .of
about 300 ft . of Flushing Hose for the use of the Street .
deptartment, and he was instructed to investiute the
Proper place for the purchase of the same, and report,
price and etc. .
Yr. Urban presented the application of Rolf Wadman
for the position of City Fireman and moved that he be
employed as such, subject to the examination and the .
usual probationary period, the same being approved.
After allowing claims in the amount of :; 11 , 318 .27
on proper motion they adjourned. •
