M. Messrs . John R. Britten, Simeon W. Hodgin and Earl Ke,isker bejLng present the following proceedings were had to-wit•, The reading of the minutes of the preceeding I/ meeting was dispensed with. Mr. Andrew Scott and T. W. Stevenson were present reoues�ing e light. be installed at the alley intersection between 9th & 10th Streets on North B Street. The Board approved the same and ordered the installation at that location. Mr. Wilber H. Fulle,. was present requesting a narking zone be established for the purpose of loading end un- loading his delivery truck at his place of business located at at the corner of North 5th & A ;Streets, parking zone to be established at rear of storeon North A .Street. entrance. The Board took the matter under advisement and referred the same to the Traffic Division. Conrad Neth Police Radio Operator was granted a leave of absence for the purpose of Naval Reserve Duty, effective January 1st , 1941. Hr. Ramsey McDonald was appointed by the Board to be acting Chief of Police Radio Operators at a salary of vp145.00 per month efrective January 1st , 1941.- The Board accepted the resignation of Ernest Bon- sall Park Policeman effective January lst , , 1941. . -r. Stevens Light Plant Superintendent reported the lights along '.'hitewater Boulevard were almost completed and they would soon begin the installation. of lights in Havinia Park.
