The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of said
Board Friday, March 29th, 1940, at 9 :00 otclock
A. M. Messrs. John R. Britten, Simeon W. Hodgin and
Henry U. Johnson being present the following procee-
dings were had to-wit ;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and approved.
;, request to trim a tree in front of a lot in
Benton Heights Addition, owned by Mr. Charles Dela-
uter living at 1344 Harris Street was referred to
City Attorney Johnson.
After allowing claims to the amount of $5,207 .92
they adjourned.
