The loard of PAblic Works and Safety of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of
said Board Friday, March 8th, 1940 at 9 :00 A. M.
Messrs. tohn R. Britten, Simeon W. -Aodgin and
henry U. Johnson being present the following
proceedings were had to-wit ;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were
read and approved.
The Board discussed parking and traffic con-
ditions in various parts of the City.
After allowing claims to the amount of $21,279...11
they adjourned.
