CITY OF RICH OND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY, F :BRUARY 23,1940
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of said Board
Friday, February 23, 1940, at 9 :00 o' clock A. Y.
Messrs. John R. Britten, Simeon W. Hodgin and Henry
U. Johnson being present the following proceedings
were had to-wit ;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and approved.
A petition to cut the curb along Lot 27 C. W.
Ferguson's 1st Addition Southeast Corner 12 and
Main Streets,on the 12th Street side, was granted to
Curtis Wickett for the purpose of extending the _.
driveway to a width of 24 feet.
The Board adopted and approved a resolution,

be mailed to the Insurance Committee.
The Street Department was ordered to make such
repairs as needed at N. W. 9th. Street and Rich-
mond Avenue.
City Attorney Johnson was instructed to notify
the ps ierty owner at South 11 and J Streets to
remove the dirt from the sidewalk.
After allowing claimes to the amount of t11,166.99
they adjourned.
