The . Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond,Indiana, met in the office of said Board
Friday, February 9 , 1940, at 9 :00 oclock A. M.
Messrs. John R. Britten, Simeon W. Hodgin and Henry
U. Johnson being present the following proceedings
were had to-wit ;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and approved.
Permission was granted to the City High. School
Base Ball teams to use the Municipal Base Ball Park
with the usual agreement , a schedule to be filed with
the City Clerk so there will be no conflicting dates
with other teams who expect to use the Ball Park.
After allowing claims to the amount of 40,198.88
they adjourned.
