The Board of Public Works and Safety of the
city of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office
of saia Board, in Special Session Monday, Tan-
nary 22nd, 1940, at .8 :30 o' clock A. M. Messrs.
John R. Britten and Simeon W. Hodgin being Ares-
ent the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The Board adopted and approved a Resolution
known as No. 21 recorded in Ordinance Book G
page 59 in matters of the Final Grant and Requisi-
tion of the Auditorium-Gymnasium.
