The Board of Public Works and gafety of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of
said Board, Friday, December 22nd, 1939-, at 9;00
o ' clock A. M. Messrs. John R. Britten Simeon W.
Hodgin and. Henry U. Johnson being present the
following proceedings were had. to-wit ;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and approved.
A small portion of ground owned by the City of
Richmond, ,Indiana, east Of 23rd Street near Main
Street, South, and having been used for disposal
purposes until the installation' of the sanitary
sewer in that location, is to be sold after prop •
-
• erly advertising, date to be designated later.
The BoarVapproved the' purchase .of': two care for;
the Police • Departm'ent,'specifications of same to be
published in the' Pall-Item December 22nd and 29,1939, '
sealed proposals to be received at its offices at 10;00
oclock A. M. Friday January 5th, 1940.
After allowing claims to thepo gL a $7,306.12
they adjourned. - '
