The Board of public works . and Safety of the City
of Richmond , Indiana, met in the office of said
Board Friday, December 8th 1939, tt 9:00 o' clock
A.' M. Messrs. John R. Britten, .Simeon w.° Hodrr,in and I/
Henry U. Johnson being present the following proceed-
ings were hd to-wit;
The minutes of the .preceeding meeting were appro-
ved as read.
Mr. Orval B. Graham came before the Board, reques-
ting the use of the Council Chamber for a meeting
place for the Negro Professional and Business-wens
Club.
A standard color of paint for the various equip-
ment of the City was discussed by the Board.
Mr. T. W. Druley was present and signed an agree-
ment relative to the collection of garbage . Ord .Book G.
After-allowing_::claims.. to the amount of 18,390.99
they adjourned.
