Committee members present were Carol Appleton , Steven Bergquist, Jim Trabulsie ( Chairman ) , Tom Turcketta and Patricia Busch . George Carey was absent . �,�A ii;I p5g E lE J H40" 21w277 Jeffrey & Cynthia Prall Trustee/ CJP Realty Trust, 40 Daisy Lane, Map 56 Lot 79 Garage Addition Homeowner Jeffrey Prall was present at the meeting Mr. Prall reviewed the project with the committee Amendments necessary for approval o No more than 18" of foundation exposure all the way around to 4" exposure for the hardy clapboards on the front of the dwelling, 5 " exposure for shakes on remaining three walls o 2 " Aztec windowsills o Horizontal 1" x 6" rainboard trim on garage on west elevation to tie in from front elevation Tom Turcketta moved to accept as amended . Carol Appleton seconded . All voted in favor to accept as amended H� 11m2lm294 David & Leda lannitelli, 891 Long Pond Road, Map 86 Lot 9 Roof Mounted Solar Panels Homeowner withdrew application AN l W11 H42vot2lm3ll) Jane Johnson, 1597 Long Pond Road, Map 94 Lot 93 Roof Mounted Solar Panels N Ian Tallmedge, E2 Solar, represented the homeowner at the meeting 0 Mr. Tallmedge reviewed the project with the committee, stated Solar Panels are located on rear of the home 0 Chairman Trabulsie noted that the solar panels are not visible from any public way . 0 Carol Appleton moved to accept as presented . Patricia Busch seconded . 0 All voted in favor H42-21-311 Garth and Sofiya Bailey, 9 Hayes Lane, Map 85 Lot 117 Roof Mounted Solar Panels ■ Stephen Kelly represented the homeowners at the meeting ■ Mr. Kelly reviewed the project with the committee ■ Chairman Trabulsie confirmed that the panels will be installed on the rear of the home ■ Tom Turcketta moved to accept as presented . Carol Appleton seconded . ■ All voted in favor S42-21-312 Brian Blair and Charles Heinz, 1861 Main Street, Map 57 Lot 47 Sign ■ Homeowner Brian Blair was present at the meeting ■ Chairman Trabulsie asked for clarification regarding the color of the sign . Mr . Blair clarified that the color ( Philipsburg Blue ) will match the exterior doors of the inn ■ Mr. Blair stated that the sign will be hung on the existing post and arm ■ Patricia Busch moved to accept as presented . Tom Turcketta seconded . ■ All voted in favor H - 12-21-313 Stephen and Holly Sullivan, 72 Robbins Hill Road, Map 49 Lot 99 Fence ■ Homeowner Stephen Sullivan was present at the meeting ■ Chairman Trabulsie noted that four sections of fence were put up prior to a submitted application ■ Chairman Trabulsie noted that the fence proposed is a vinyl material ■ The committee agreed that the fence is acceptable, however the vinyl material is not acceptable ■ The Committee suggested to continue the application pending a change in fence material . ■ Mr . Sullivan asked to continue this application to January 10, 2022 HDC meeting . ■ Carol Appleton moved to continue . Patricia Busch seconded . ■ All voted to continue H42- 21-314 David Scott Ahlin, 89 Weathervanes Way, Map 114 Lot 9 Single Family Dwelling ■ Homeowner David Scott Ahlin was present in the meeting, along with his architect Jim Bosteck and his developer, Mark Smith ■ Mr. Bosteck reviewed the project with the committee ■ Chairman Trabulsie asked for clarification regarding the windows ■ Mr Bosteck stated the windows will be two over one ■ Carol Appleton moved to accept as presented .
