M. Messrs. John R. Britten, Simeon .W. Hodgin and Henry. U. Johnson being present the following proceedings_ were had to-wit . The minutes of the previous meeting were dispensed with. The Contract for the insulation of No .5 Hose House ceiling was given to. Vincent H. Juerling & Son for the sum of $130.00 they being the lowest bidders. On the recommendation of Mr. Stevens the Light. Plant Superintendent,the clock regulating the lights at the first alley intersection south of Main Street between 13th :and '14th Streets, was ordered changed to have the light come on earlier in the evening. Mr. Britten and Mr. Hodgin reported they had made an inspection of the rest rooms and other buildings v ' in the Zoo at Cincinnati,also the Concession Build- ing at the Band Shell at Covington Kentucky, A 6 inch Water Main was ordered installed from South 9th Street to the first alley west on K.Street , a fire hydrant to be. installed at :th':e .palace: designa- ted:, by the Fire Chief.
