The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond, I4diana, met in the office of the said
Board Friday, September 22nd, 1939 , at 9 :00 o' clock
A.M. Messrs. John R. Britten, Simeon W. Hodgin and
Henry U. Johnson being present the following proceed-
ings were had to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and approved. .
Samples of insulating material for the proposed
insulation of the ceiling at No. 5 Hose House was
presented to the Board,andbids on same as follows ;

Manufacture's directions, for the sum of ($130.00 )

After allowing claims to the amount of 4312,511.37
they adjourned.
