Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021 , An Act Relative to Extending Certain Covid - 19 Measures Adopted During the State of
Emergency, signed Into law on June 16, 2021 .

The Cape Coad Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the following Project, At this
meeting, the members will discuss the following Project and may vote on the draft decision as
recommended by the subcommittee , The project is subject to review as a Development of Regional
Impact ( DRI ) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended ,
