The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of the said .
Board, Friday December 23, 1938, at 9 :00 o' clock
A. M. Messrs. Joseph M. Waltermann, Simeon W. Hodgin
and William Kelley, Jr. , being present the following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were
approved as read in Council.
Mr. Hodgin reported that he had a complaint as to
the fumes from the Johns Mansville Plant , and that
these fumes seemed to contain acid. This complaint
was referred to the Fire Chief for investigation.
There being no furtherbusiness to come before
the Board , it adjourned.
