APPROVAL OF INSTALLMENT PAYMENT
CARTERET BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP, INC.
WHEREAS, the Carteret Business Partnership (CBP) has entered into an agreement
providing for construction of the Carteret Performing Arts Center and has named Cooke
Avenue Developer's. LLC as the redeveloper for the project; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is making provisions for payment of the construction
components comprising of the new facility.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. That the Purchasing Department is hereby authorized and directed
to make an installment payment to Cooke Avenue Developer's.
�I LLC. in the amount of $250,000.00.
2. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department, Carteret Business Partnership, Cooke
Avenue Developer's LLC and Borough Engineer.
