Senior Department 4. Citizens Forum. Members of the public are invited to address the Planning Board during

the Open Meeting Law, the Planning Board will not provide comment in return to the

6 . Special Permit and Site Plan Review Application #2022=01: Applicant: Ocean Edge
Resort LLC , Owners : 2851 Main Street Holdings LLC and Fieldstone Holdings LLC.
Representative : John O' Reilly, J. M. O'Reilly & Associates, Inc . for property located at
2851 Main Street and 0 Main Street and shown on Assessor' s Map 90, Lot 153 and Lot
210 in the Residential Medium Density (R-M) zoning district. The Applicant seeks a
special permit and site plan approval to construct a parking facility for use by club
members and their guests adjacent to a private recreational facility pursuant to §179-22 B
(1), §179-511 §179-64, and Table 1 Use Regulations, Commercial #30 of the Brewster
zoning bylaw .
