CITY OF RICHT,TOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY OCTOBER 28, 1938.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of the said Board,
Friday October 28, 1938, at 9 :00 o'clock A.M. Messrs.
Joseph TES, Waltermann, Simeon Hodgin and William Kelley,
Tr. , being present the following proceedings were
had , to-wit :
The minutes of the nreceeding meeting were approved
as read.
A light was ordered installed on South B Street
between 10th & llth was ordered installed, and a reouest
for a light in the alley north of Main Street between
12th & 13th Streets was denied.
The Board approved an easement between the Standard
Oil Company and the City of Richmond providing for the
construction of a sidewalk at West 5th and Main Streets.
On the recommendation of Fire Chief Harry Williams
the Board ordered a fire hydrant installed on SW 15th
Street between Main and the National Road.
Claims to the amount of $•5,830.82 were allowed after
which the Board adjourned.
