CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA

The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of said Board,
Monday September 26, 1938 at 2:00 P. M. Messrs. Joseph
M. Waltermann, and Simeon W. Hddgin, being present , the
following proceedings were had, to-wit :
_ This being the day and the hour for the opening of
bids for the new public auditorium bonds , the following
bids were received:
Fletcher Trust Company, Indianapolis, Ind . 82,801.00
2nd National Bank, Richmond, Indiana, 85465.00/
Kenneth S. Johnson, Indianapolis, Ind. 83,797.30
Upon the recommendation of City Controller George
Coons, the bid was awarded to the Second National Bank,
of Richmond, Indiana.
There being no further business the Board then
adjourned.
