The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of the said Board , Friday March 11, 1938, at 9 :00 o' clock A.M. Messrs. Joseph M. Waltermann, Simeon Hodgin and William Kelley, Jr. being present the following proceedings were had, to-wit : The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read in Council. The Board ordered incandescant lights installed at the viaduct on Sheridan and Northwest 2nd Streets, and ordered a further investigation made as to who should pay for the current . Resolution 258-259-1938, having been approved by the Planning Commission the Board adopted Declaratory Resolution No . 258-259-1938 and instructed the Clerk to place the proper legal adds, the entire cost of such proceedings to be borne by the petitioner. The Board accepted the proposition of Harry Patti for the leasing of the Municipal Ball Park. Mr. Patti was the only bidder, the Board authorized the changing of the contract as to admission prices, so as to read, prices not to exceed 35¢ except for special attractions, and the change the number of passes to 25. The terms to be the same as last year. reorge ?.uttermeister was the only bidder for the concession at the ball park for 86.00 per week when Sunday games are played. No bids were received for the concession in (ilea Miller Park, and Mr. Burkhardt was instructed to get in touch with Mr. Moore and see if some arrangements could not be made for a settlement of his past indebtness.
