The Clerk reported that on account of negotiations
he was having with Earl Moore, present holder of the
concession in Clen Miller Park, in an effort to collect
money due the city from this concession, and feeling

for this concession, that a better price could be secured

the Municipal Baseball Park at the same time. The Board
felt that this was correct and changed the date for
receiving bids to March 11, 1938, and instructed the
Clerk to include the concession at the Clen Miller Park,
unless Mr. Moore had Paid his obligation to the City
by March 1.
