CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY DECEMBER 24, 1937.
I/ The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of said Board,
Friday December 24 , 1937 , at 9 :00 o'clock A. Y.
Messrs. Joseph M. waltermann, Simeon Hodgin,'VYt. Kelley,
Jr. and Councilman Ralph Snavely being present , the
following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the prceeding meeting were approved
as read in Council.
Yr. Hodgin presented the proposed franchise with
the receiver of the Indiana Railway Company for the
operation of busses within the City of Richmond. This
franchise was executed and ordered presentedito the
Common Council at their next meeting.
Claims to the amount of ` 7 . 049. 00 were allowed after
which the Board adjourned.
