OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF WORKS
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY JULY 30, 1937.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond , Indiana, met in the office of said
Board, Friday July 36, 1937 , at 9 :00 o' clock A.M.
Messrs . Simeon Hodgin and William Kelley, Jr. , being
present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The reading of the minutes of the preceeding
meeting was dispensed with.
City Attorney Kelley had the proposed Bus Franchise
from the Indiana Railway Company to present to the
Board but it was decided to postpone any action on
this franchise until an investigation had been made.
Claims to the amount of $6,709.23 were allowed
after which the Board adjourned. .
