AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IONA, IDAHO,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 53, BEING THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1992, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1993, APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES RECEIVED BY THE CITY IN
THE FORM OF IDAHO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK. GRANTS RECEIVED FROM THE WATER FUND
AND GENERAL FUND, AND PROVIDING FOR
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IONA, IDAHO THAT:
Section 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to
appropriate and apportion additional revenue received by the
City of Iona from certain community development block grants
and unappropriated fund balances from the water and general
funds.
Section 2. Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 53
are hereby repealed and re-enacted as follows:
Section 1: That the sum of $659,325.00
be, and the same is appropriated to defray the
necessary expenses and liabilities of the City
of Iona, Bonneville County, Idaho for the
fiscal year beginning October 1, 1992, and
ending September 30, 1993 (the "Fiscal
Period").
Section 2. The revenue of the City of
Iona received during the Fiscal Period is
apportioned to the several funds as follows:
GENERAL FUND:
General Administration
Capital Outlay and
Maintenance
Equipment Replacement
Total General Fund
WATER FUND:
$ 80,188.00

Section 3. From the monies apportioned to the
General Fund, the sum of $148,825.00 is appropriated for all
expenditures lawfully permitted to be made from such Fund.
Section 4. From the monies apportioned to the
Water Fund, $503,700.00 is appropriated for all expenditures
lawfully permitted to be made from such Fund.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, execution and
publication in the manner provided by law.
