from all South Florida agencies to see if anyone has had contact with our victim and/or an associate of his. If any records are

Victim: Carlos Saint Louis, BM, DOB 10/27/1980. Note: Carlos is known to spell his name differently (I.E. St. Louis, Saintlouis,
etc..)
