CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY JANUARY, 15, 1937
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of said
Board, Friday January 15, 1937, at 9 :00 o ' clockI/
A.M. Messrs . Joseph M. Waltermann, Simeon Hodgin and
William Kelley, Jr. being present, the following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were
approved as read.
The Board decided that bids on the Fire Truck would
be received all day on Friday January 22, 1937, and
that they should be referred to the Fire Chief and
City Engineer for tabulation and recommendation.
The Fire Chief reported that the roof over the
firemens kitchen in the City Building was in bad
condition and should be replaced, also that a
section of the wall should be repaired. The Board
instructed the Building Inspector to get prices on
this work at once, and report to the Board.
Claims to the 'amount of (.33,570.15 were allowed
after which the Board adjourned.
