OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF WORKS
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 16, 1936.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of said Board,
Wednesday December 16, 1936, at 9 :00 o' clock A.M.
Messrs. Joseph- Mi Waltermann and Simeon Hodgin being
present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved
as read.
City Engineer Hodgin presented figures for material
for the installation of the heating plant at the streett
department garage , and stated that plans and details
for the same had been worked out by John Niewoehner,
the bids wete as follows :
Stanley Plumbing and Electric Co. u 1,781.95
Niewoehner Plumbing Co. 1,786.25
The order for materials was awarded to the
Niewoehner Plumbing Company.
Mr. Hodgin also reported that he was not ready
to report on the Water Rates. )21__ _)4,z44, 6LL,(
Mr. Hodgin also reported that he had secured a
figure on the cost of a fence to surround the radio
station and as yet had not been able to get a price
low enough to keep within the appropriation for the
same.
Claims to the amount of �,093.96 were allowed,
after which the Board adjourned.
