Friday March 20, 1936.
I/ The Board of Public Works and Safety of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of
said Board, Friday March 20, 1936, at 9 :00
o ' clock AM. Messrs William Kelley, Jr. and Simeon
Hodgin being present, the following proceedings
were had, to-wit :
Mr. Hodgin moved that out of respect for
the Mother of the Mayor who passed away on the
19th day of March 1936, the Board adjourny:'on the
second of Mr. Kelley, this motion -was adopted,
and the Board then adjourned.
