The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in the offices of said Board Friday September 6, 1935, at 9 :00 o' clock A.M. I/ Messrs. Joseph M. Walterman, Simeon Hodgin and William Kelley, Jr. being present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit : Paul Davenport appeared before the Board and asked to have a white curb painted in the first half block of South llth Street, so that it would eliminate all day parking on this street, the Board ordered the Police Department to place 1 hour parking signs at this corner and see that the rule was enforced. Mrs William Griffen appeared before the Board and complained about the condition of Indiana Ave. City Engineer Hodging and Superintendent of Streets Burkha °dt agreed to look this street over and see what could be done. Claims to the amount of $2,159 .12 were allowed after which the Board adjourned. P esident of the Board. Attest: 2-/C1 7 City Clerk.
