Thursday May 2, 1935.
The Board of Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in the offices of said Board, Thursday May 2 , 1935,
at 2 :00 o ' clock P.M. Messrs . Joseph Y. walterman,
Simeon Hodgin _a " ; ^~� T'�"�3T Jr. being present ,
the following proceedings were had, to'=wit :
The agreement for licenseing of the Sewage Treatment
Plant by the Activated Sludge Corp was read and after
being rewrote to meet the approval of the Board it was
approved and signed and warrant drawn for the payment
of 4000 .00 to the ' r Tl-6Z"i''-G8'111 Solvent CFtecbv-yry Corporation,
represented by Mr. O.L.Barnibey.
The supplemental contract between the City of Richmond,
and Max Irmscher & Sons Inc . was read and approved.
The Board also approved the su$letting of a contract
• by Max Irmscher to John Dehner Inc . of Ft. Wayne for the
excavation and installing of concrete and vitrafied
connecting and outfall sewers at the Sewage Disposal
Plant .
There being no further business to come before the
Board it adjourned.
