met in the offices of the Board of Works, Friday, -
March 29., 1935, at 7 :30 o ' clock P.M. Messrs. . Joseph
M. Walterman, Simeon Hodgin, William Kelley, Jr,
Roy Clark, Leonard Mow, Ralph. Snavely, John Wagner
µ' and Frank Wilkins, being present, the following
proceedings were had, to-wit :.
N iY The meeting ..was called to order by Mayor Walterman,
who explained that the purpose of the meeting was to hear
-F the report of Mr. Charles H. Hurd. Consulting Engineer
! Y ' and Mr.F.M.Logan, State P.W..A. Engineer, on the

Activated Sludge Type and the Chemical Type of

Y' The bids which had been tabulated by the P.W.A.
and Mr. Hurd were as follows ;

Mr Hurds report was then read and after a thorought :
discussion of thequestion the Council informed the
Board that it was agreeable with them that Mr. Hurd' s
recommendations be followed yet they did not care to
vote on the question.
There being no further business to come before the
meeting it adjourned.
