Special Meeting of the Board of Works 1022
City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday March 18, 1935.
The Board of Works of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the Council Chamber, Monday March
18, 1935, at 10 :00 o ' clock A.M. Messrs . Joseph
M. •Walterman, Simeon Hodgin and William Helley,Jr.
being present the following proceedings were had,
to-wit :

This meeting of the Board was called for the
purpose of receiving bids on the ConstructionDof
the Sewage Treatment and Intercepting Sewers.
Mr. Fish P.W.A.Engineer from Washington and
Mr. Logan P.W.A.Engineer from Indianapolis, were
present to supervise the opening of said Bids.
The bids were opened and tabulation made of
the same by both Mr. Fish and Mr. Logan and the
proposals were then taken in charge by these two
gentlemen for further imvestigation and their
recommendation was to be made by mail at a later
date.
There being no further business to come before
the Board it adjourned.
