The Board of Works of the City of Richmond, .
Indiana, met in the offices of said Board, Monday
March 11, 1935, at 3.:e0 o' clock P.M. The Messes .
Joseph M. Walterman, Simeon Hodgin and William •
Kelley, Jr. Being present, the following proceedings
were had, to-wit :
The City Controller George Coons, reported to to
the members of the Board the following bids on
City of Richmond, Indiana, Municipal Bonds of ]9'35 ;
City Securities Corp. 34% and 3676 .premium:�
Halsey StuartCo. 3 % " 4180 . "
C .W.McNear Co . 410 " 8568.. "
Marcus Warrinder . 3 % " • 21 . •
Mr. Coons further reported that 'on the basis of
the above bids, he had awarded the bonds to the
City Securities Corporation.
Mr. Hodgin then made a motion that the Board ratify
this sale , Mr Kelley seconded the motion and it was
unanimously 'carried.
There being no further business to come before
the Board, it adjourned. .
