Indiana, met in the office of said BOard Friday Febuary, 8,, •1935, at 9 :00 o 'clock A.M. The. Messrs. Walterman, Hodgin and Kelley being present, the following proceedings were has , to-wit: . Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.• City Engineer Hodgin, suggested that we accept the proposition of Dr.H.D. Clark, for a City Dog Pound at the costrof G150. per month and that the Board ask for permission of Council to make this contract for a period of 2 months. The Board agreed on this proposition. Communication was read from the Dayton. Stencil Works in regards to the payment of $12. 66 for badge ordered by former Police Chief Ray, the Board ordered this case turned over to the City Attorney. • City Engineer Hodgin and Superintendent of Streets, Burkhardt were instructed to investigate traffic condition at North 7th; and D Streets and see if it would not oe better to place the traffic light, now located at 15th. and North E Street at this new location. The Board recieved a petition for a water main ex- tension at West 17th. and Main Street and after talking this over with Mr. Howard Dill and Fire Chief Williams, the Board ordered this extension made. The Board ordered. an investigation made to determine if Arc Lights were needed at South West 5th. and C Sts. also at West First and the Boulevard. Claims to the amount of $''6167. 21.
