The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works, of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said
4pard, Monday December 17th, 1934, at 9 o 'clock A.M. Me:ssssF, Schnie-
d'ev and Wi113,'ainsTbre'srent 2Mr Crabb,, absent; Two members of said
Board being present, the following proceedings were had to-wit:
.The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The Superintendent of Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant,
together with the City Attorney, was authorized to prepare arguI/

ments or briefs, in matter of payment of electric service, etc. ,
.ills, of persons on poor relief, and present the same to the
Chairman of the Governors poor relief in person.
Superintendent of the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant,
together with the City Attorney, were authorized and directed
to act in conjunction with the Utilities Committee of the Indiana,
Municipal League, in preparing bills to be submitted to the next
meeting of the Indiana General Assembly, in regard to persons by-
passing meters and stealing commodities furnished by the various
utilities. -
The Board approved the contract and bond of Lee Ridgeway, in mat-
ter of the collection, removal and disposal of garbage and dead
animals in the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the periodc.of four
years from January 1st, 1935 and ending December 31, 193g.
The Board approved the various payrolls to December 16th, 1934 .
Claims in amount of $8E42. 50 were allowed and ordered paid.
