The Special Council Committee, Board ,mf Public Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said'
Board, Monday December 10th, 1934, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the mem-
bers of said Board, Messrs, Crabby Schnieder and Williams, being
present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Sup 't. , of Parks, Harold Coleman, was authorized to have new
range boiler installed in resident building in parks.
Pursuant to advertisement, the Board received bids for the col-
lection, removal and disposal of all garbage and dead animals in
the City of Richmond, for the period of four years, as follows
to-wit :
