The Special Council Committee Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Friday November 3 0th, 1934, at 9 o'clock A. M. All the members of
said Board being presents the following proceedings were had, to-wit:
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
Permission was granted the Johnson Sheet Metal Works, to cut the curb
on north side of South"J"Street, between South 6th & 7th Streets, at
Lot No. 9 & 10, Oakland Addition.
The Street Commissioner was authorized to have the Septic Tank on.
property east -of South 23rd Street and south of Main Street, cleaned

7th Street yellow to stop the parking of automobiles at this number.
In matter of petition for arc light in Southwest 1st Street, between
National Road and Southwest"D"Street, and referred to Mr. Hess, Supt.
of Light Plant, Mr. Hess, reported that it probably would be more
convenient for persons using this street to have another light, Ihatx
but was not essential for public safety, same was again taken under
advisement.
Claims in amount of $1016.29, were allowed and ordered paid,
