The Special Council. Coznmmtt.ee, Board of Public- Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office- of said
Board, Monday October 29th, 1934, at 9 o l clock A. M. All the members
of said Board, Messrs, Crack), Schnieder and Williams being present,
the following proceedings were had, to-wit : __

The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
A petition signed by Mrs. Olive Riegel et-al, asking for relief
from the water flowing into their basements during a rain, coming
from the North " C" Street sewer, and requesting that the storm
sewer on North "E'f Street be tapped to relieve existing conditions,
. location not mentioned, matter was referred to Street Commissioner
. and City civil engineer, for investigation.
. The Board order North 19th Street, from North" E"Street north to
Railroad bridge, resurfaced with Cold Mix Asphalt, same to rye paid
out of next years appropriation.
