Friday October 26th, 1934.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Puolic Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Friday October 26th, 1934, a.t 9 o 'clock A. v , All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Crabo, Schnieder and Williams being present, the fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
Pursuant to instructions given the Street Commissioner October 19th,
• - to obtain prices on corrugated pipe to be used under fill to be made
on north side of National Road at Clear. Oreek Park, the following
prices were submitted, to-wit :

All pipe corrugated, connecting bands same price as one foot of
pipe for same gauge ana diameter. The prices submitted of J .H.Nie-
. woehner, being the lowest submitted, tihereas, an emergency exists
for above pipe, the Street Commissioner, was authorized to purchase
necessary pipe, in order to have the fill made on north side of
National Road at Clear Creek Park.. e ;` • :-F76 .
