Monday Octooer 22nd, 1934:
The Special :Council .:Comtnitt.ee, Board of Puolic forks of the City
of Richmond; Indiana, met in regular session at the office of
said Board Monday October 22nd, 1934, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the
Members of said Board, Messrs, Craoo, Schnieder and Williams being
present , the following proceedings were had, to-wit : .
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Councilman Frank Shissler, appeared before the Board, stating that _
North 19th Street , from North "E" Street to overhead railroad bridge' •
was in a cad condition and needed repairs, this oeing an asphalt
street , the matter was referred to the City Civil Engineer, for
investigation and the prooaole cost of proper repairs .
No further ousiness appearing,
