The •Specia.l Council Committee, Board of Public. Works_ of the City

of Richmond , Indiana, met in re -usr session at the office of said
Board, Monday Octooer. 15th, 1934, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the mem-
oers of said Board, Messrs, Crabo, Schnieder and Williams, oe.ing
present, the following proceedings were had, .to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeaing meeting were read and approved. •
The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 251-1934,

providing; for the vacation of a portion of the alley between North-
west 8th and Sedgwick Streets, running from Peacock Road to the
south line of the first allev� northtof Peacock Road, running east.

The Clerk was directed to ascertain as to the legality of trans-
ferring from various accounts budgeted to puolic "parks to the
park payroll account .
The Board approved claims in amount~ of :jp229.00.
