The- Special Council Committee, Board of Puolic Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in- regular session at• the office of said Board
Friday October 12th, 1934, at 9 o ' clock A.M. ' All the memoers of said
Board, Messrs, Cra.ob, Schnieder and Williams being present . The follow-
ing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Remostra.nce against any further ex€ense on Whitewater Boulevard, was
received and placed on file for further investigation.
Permission was granted to cut the curos for- driveways as follows,viz :
Nick Nagel at 800 South oth Street ; H .H .Muff, at Lot No. 6-W-P. C.
.Bonds, Ac di tion, South" A" Street, south side between 6th & 7th Street
at Gasoline filling station.
The Board ordered resolution prepared., for vacation of alley, between
Sedgwick & Northwest 8th Street, from Peacock Road to south line of
alley running east to Sedgwick Street.
American Legion Drum Carps, were granted permission to use Roosevelt
Field for practice drills, and Sup 't . , of Parks authorized to turn on
the lights for said drills.
Sup 't. of Parks directed to investigate as to have gate repaired or
constructed at spillway of pond in Glen Miller Park.
Claims in amount of 92117.90, were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
