The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said . Board, Monday Septemoer 17th, 1934, at 9 o clock A.A. All the mem-- oers of said Board, Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams, . being present ,- the following proceedings were had, to-wit : The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved. The Clerk was directed to prepare an ordinance appropriating the additional sum of 05, 000.00 for coal and $ 2,O00.00 for undergrounds system of the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant , and present the same to council for their action thereon. City Attorney, R. K . Shiveley, read several communications he had • received in reply- to inquiries made by him, as to the probable sale of oonds of the, city, in matter of construction of intercepting sewers and sewage disposal works, and other matters pertaining to litigation now pending against various cities, in matter of the different patents on the anti-sludge type of disposal works. The City attorney was requested to endeavor to seek all the data pos- sible 'in oehalf of the city on the above matter. The Clerk was directed to prepare an ordinance, and present the same to council this evening, to borrow from the Municipal Elec- tric Lighting & Power Plant, .depreciation Reserve Fund, the amount of 30,000. 00, for a period of ninety days, without, interest, the money so borrowed to be paid back out of the current revenues of the city, now in course of collection by the city. Claims in amount of :b1396. 2O, were allowed and the Board approved the various payrolls to Septemoer 16th, 1934. • The Board then adjourned, Presto of Board Attest : en Clerk of Board
