The Stlecial Council Committee, Board of Puolic Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said
• Board, Friday August loth, 1934-, at 9 o Bclock A. M. All the members
of said Board, Messrs, Cr.abb, Schnieder and Williams being present
the following proceedings were had, to—wit :
The minutes of the proceeding meeting were read and approved.
The Hayes Track Appliance Co. , were granted permission to cut the-
curb on the east side of North 3rd Street, in front of Lot No. 6,
J. R. Mendenhall t s, Addition.
W. R. Emslie, was granted permission to cut the curb on north side
of Southwest "A" Street in front of Out—Lot 8—Pt. I. Y. M. of F.
Addition, oetween Southwest 5th and 7th Street.
•
Street Commissioner, was authorized to repair the sewer at corner
of South 9th & "J" Street.
Claims in amount of $614-2.92, were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
