seasonal dock in the waters of Long Pond, on 441 W H Besse Cartway 83/6 (41 /52 -2) .

Conservation John O'Reilly, J . M . O' Reilly & Associates, Inc., represents the applicant. John describes the project as detailed in the
Administrator Notice of Intent application, narrative and site plan. John notes the applicants are here because of an Enforcement
Order, the previous dock was about twice the size the commission typically allows. John notes that the applicants are
Andreana Sideris, proposing to keep the dock's length at 57 feet to prevent their boat from bottoming out.

Request for Minor Change to Plan
1 . Ocean Edge Resort, SE 9 - 1805, 2907 Main Street, 90/160 (14/1 ), removal and relocation of beach grass
Tom Monaghan represents the applicant. Tom explains the request as detailed in the Minor Change Request. Tom notes the beach grass has
been there for one season and they want to plant the grasses more landward .
Commissioners are against the removal and replacing of the beach grass. They recommend taking no action and letting the grass establish for
a longer duration of time.
CA explains that these are not mitigation plantings, these are plantings to stabilize the dune that is protecting the condominium association .
Removal of beach grass is not in compliance with State Wetlands Protection Act.
NR refers to Greg Burman's report. NR suggests removing the beach grass may have an adverse effect. Tom decides to touch base with the
commission again in the following year.

Report of Natural Resources Director
NR reports a car accident off of Stony Brook Road, the car ended up in the Herring Run. Staff used floating booms and pads to clean up slight
shein in the bypass stream . The department spoke with the Division of Marine Fisheries, Clean Harbors, and the Department of Environmental
Protection . Staff will continue to monitor the health of the stream .

coming meeings.
